Providing a Roadmap to Digitize Forms Across the Business

Toyota Financial, the financial services arm of Toyota Motors, is responsible for processing forms for loans, credit approvals, real estate acquisitions, employee onboarding, and more. To improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency, they wanted a guide to help them move away from paper-based forms and homegrown applications, while taking advantage of legacy investments.

The Toyota Financial team had considered purchasing Adobe, but wanted a digital guide to help them align their business needs with the right technology, and derisk implementation, before making a new investment. They engaged Twin Technologies to assist throughout their selection and acquisition process. After understanding Toyota Financial’s users, customers, and existing investments, Twin Technologies validated their choice of the Adobe AEM platform (formerly known as Adobe LiveCycle).

Twin Technologies then worked hand-in-hand with the Toyota Financial team to implement Adobe post purchase. To ensure successful adoption, Twin Technologies team conducted a number of workshops to train internal Toyota teams, and the teams of an external GSI, on the Adobe platform.

After customizing their new Adobe platform, Toyota Financial experienced efficiency gains in turning around credit and loan approvals while customers are live in the dealership, approving real estate acquisitions faster to open new dealerships, and more.
